Oh, very nice. The foreground is awesome, but if I can try and be helpful, there's nothing in the mid or background to draw the eye onward as there's nothing as sharply rendered moving deeper into the scene. I think the issue is that we're meant to look at the cloaked figure standing in the location that all eyes (the rats) and lines force us to look, as well the light is brightest there. And we get an undefined/unimposing/unimpressive silhouette, yet that little nugget would be the payoff The idea is great though love this piece.
Beautifully done! I have some criticism if you don't mind . Firstly, I am quite curios as to why the room is so well lit considering the only light source I see is the outside world, and its usually only when you're in a dimly lit room that the outside would appear to be blinding. Also I find it comical that the figure in the doorway has shining eyes, this would suggest there is a light source aimed at him.
The light in the chamber does serve to show the fantastic amount of detail you put into the various props in the room, not to mention how well placed they are, leading to a well balanced scene.
